Your holistic spa experience begins as soon as you walk in the door with Aveda Comforting Tea and a warm neck wrap. Your massage session will start with a soothing foot soak and scrub followed by a sensory journey to discover your best suited aromatherapy for your session. You will enjoy your FULL 30, 60 or 90-minutes of massage time featuring hot towels and Aveda's soothing blue oil. Featuring five treatment rooms, two couples rooms and the areas only private steam room available upon request with any 60-minute or more spa treatment.  Relax your body and mind...naturally.

The perfect compliment to any spa service! The high moisture content in a steam room is beneficial for muscle soreness and joint stiffness.

For Pain: Moist heat has been known to be effective against joint and muscular pain. It causes your blood vessels to expand, which increases blood circulation. As a result, more oxygen and nutrients can reach damaged part of your body.  This has the double effect of temporarily reducing or stopping pain and increasing your body's healing rate.
