48 hours. Color services are guaranteed for 7 days after the service.
Guests must use Aveda home care products to ensure their color results.
There are no money
refunds for
services; however, we will be happy to schedule you with a corrective
service within 2 weeks.

If for
any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we will
happily give a store credit if it
is returned within 14 days with your receipt. Excludes all makeup sales.
Makeup is non-returnable.
We provide testers of all our makeup products and our trained staff is
happy to assist you prior to purchase.
ALL refunds

credit.
