children
We
love children and even have our own, however, our goal is to provide
professional, friendly services in a soothing and relaxing atmosphere.
Therefore, the spa and salon are unable to accommodate children under the
age of 12 unless they are receiving services. Children under the age of 18
must have written consent of parent/guardian for services.
appointments
Being
on time for your appointment will ensure you receive your full service
and other guests are not inconvenienced. If you are a first time guest,
please arrive 10 minutes early to pre-register and smoothly transition
with Aveda's warm Comforting Tea or refreshing fruit water. Credit cards
or Gift Certificates are required to hold ALL appointments. Gift
certificates must cover the amount of the entire appointment and are
subject to the same cancellation policies.
cancellations/no shows/refunds
At
least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 50%
of the service will be charged for cancellations after the cut-off
period. No Shows and cancellations within one hour of service will be
charge for the full amount.
ALL refunds
(services and/or products) will be made in the form of store credit.
gift certificates and packages
Beautifully designed gift certificates are available in monetary
amounts. Orders may be placed at the spa/salon, over the phone or on the
website. Our new Instant Purchase & Print program
allows you to quickly purchase your gift certificate online and print it
directly from your computer or email to your special recipient. It is our pleasure to mail the certificate for you
if you prefer. Gift certificates do not include
gratuities and are non-refundable.

As we value your business and understand your concerns about personal
information we want you to be absolutely confident that no information
that you share with us is ever sold or given to any third party company.
All of our data is encrypted with the latest technologies and our paths
to the internet are protected with Firewalls. All of our data is stored
on separate servers that do not have access to the internet.
service guarantee
In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know
within 48 hours. Color services are guaranteed for 7 days after the
service. Guests must use Aveda home care products to ensure their color
results. There are no money refunds for services; however, we will be
happy to schedule you with a corrective service within 2 weeks.
product policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, we
will happily give a store credit if it is returned within 14 days with
your receipt.
